I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your haircut or color, let me know withing 5 days of your visit and I'll be happy to correct any issues with no additional charge the following week.
** Service must be completed within a week of notification**
Should you make a retail purchase from me that you are unsatisfied with, I will except retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from initial purchase as long as it has been used more than 2 times.
Future Appointment Cancellation:
In order to continue to provide the best possible scheduling options for my guests, I require 24 hours notice should you need to cancel your appointment with me, Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a $25 re-booking fee does apply and will be due before a new appointment can be scheduled.
I understand that things come up and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. For first time clients I only allow appointments to be moved twice. After moving your first visit with me more than twice, I will not be able to reschedule you a third time. Please understand that this is out of respect for my business and time.
As a courtesy, my scheduling system will send out an e-mail and text message to confirm your scheduled appointment 72 hrs prior to your appointment time. If I or my scheduling system are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and potential cancellation fees.
If you are late for an appointments, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment. I will do my best to accommodate you, but in order to ensure the best service and experience, I encourage you to arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late and I am still able to accommodate you, a $15 late fee will be added to the cost of your service.
